Cellnet Mobile Communications Ltd claims that it has now connected 200,000 subscribers to its low user tariff Lifetime service six weeks ahead of schedule, taking its total subscriber base to 818,500; Cellnet says it has captured over 60% of the new and fast growing consumer sector of the mobile phone market.
