CELLNET AND VODAFONE TO PUBLISH REGULAR QUALITY OF SERVICE DATA

With complaints about poor service on the UK’s two cellular telephone networks, the Office of Telecommunications has ordered Cellnet and Vodafone publish regular quality of service data, and is discussing with them how it should be done.
