CELESTICA, XYRATEX NAMES MASK IBM FACTORIES

While the tricksy names are coming down from IBM Corp subsidiaries such as AdStar on the orders of Louis Gerstner, they are going up on the IBM manufacturing operations that are now required to take in others’ washing. IBM Canada Ltd’s manufacturing plant in Toronto will become Celestica Inc; and IBM UK Ltd’s IBM Havant unit threw down the Scrabble tiles and they yielded up Xyratex.
