CELERITY ON THE BRINK

By CBR Staff Writer

Unix systems builder Celerity Computing Inc will be forced to discontinue operations within days unless it is able to complete sale of its customer service operations to an undisclosed bidder, reports Electronic News. The company has been unable to raise the $2m it needs to tide it over, but if it sells the service unit, the proceeds will see it through another 70 days or so.
