Target Software licenses its suite of CRM, sales force automation and drug sample management applications to US pharmaceutical companies. The products, collectively known as Target SFA, leverage Microsoft architectures and development tools including .Net and Windows Mobile. Target Mobile, the company’s mobile sales software, is designed for modern mobile platforms including Pocket PC’s, Tablets and wireless PDA phones.
Target Software has reported annual organic growth of over 50% over the past three years, and expects to see a turnover in 2005 of more than $10m.
Cegedim hopes its purchase of Target Software will help to improve the company’s standing in the healthcare-focused CRM software and services industry.
