West Des Moines, Iowa-based CE Software Holdings Inc completed acquisition of the assets of Powercore Inc, privately-held local area network developer of diary and scheduling software for $3.8m cash and 294,000 shares of its common; 137,500 further shares are conditional on performance at Powercore, which had an average annual sales of $3m over the past two years.
