CE Software Holdings Inc, West Des Moines, Iowa, has acquired from RoseSoft Inc of Bellevue, Washington all its products, trademarks and technologies on undisclosed terms: RoseSoft, founded in 1982, was one of the first successful personal computer software companies and is the developer and publisher of keyboard macro and mouse scripting products – ProKey for MS-DOS and ProKey for Windows; CE is also now shipping DiskTop for Windows, a utility that provides users a way to find, launch, copy, move, delete and rename files on drives and volumes, offering most of the features of CE Software’s Mac version of the – unpriced – product.
