CBTS, a provider of data centres and managed services, has launched new Enterprise Network and Operations centre (ENOC) in Mason, Ohio. The facility which now monitors and manages technology infrastructure devices has been relocated to a centric location to support the company’s existing clientele in the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

According to CBTS, the 10,000 square-foot centre, which can be expanded to 40,000 square feet, uses the latest in ScienceLogic EM7 integrated system, network and application management. The building and the internal facility have also been equipped with secure-access technologies and procedures.

Dave Burns, vice president of managed services, said: “Not only is the investment in a new ENOC a continuation of our promise to continually provide cutting edge service – both in terms of professionals and technology – to current clients, but it is a commitment to our future growth.

“As we look out five years from now, our organisation wants to be prepared for the increasing success we are seeing out of our international segment.”
