Carlton Communications Plc, a UK TV and entertainment group is establishing a one-stop-shop for retailers and publishers of home entertainment products who want to sell on the internet. Its DHE subsidiary will offer a dedicated sales site that will handle orders, credit card payments, stock sourcing and delivery. DHE will also create web sites for retailers. DHE, which has already signed an agreement with Blockbuster, the UK’s largest video store, says the new business will be operational by the end of this month.
