CareTech Solutions will assume responsibility for the full spectrum of IT services in support of the data center operations, help desk, desktop, network, and applications. CareTech will also assume management of Holy Family Memorial’s MIS staff, which will transition to CareTech Solutions as part of the agreement.
In addition, CareTech will provide technical resources for implementation of Holy Family Memorial’s strategic information technology plan.
