Capri Corp, a publicly held blind pool – sounds something like what is called an investment trust in the UK – based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, is to acquire Chicago-based computer-integrated manufacturing software developer Cimnet Systems Inc: Capri will pay 9.5m new shares for the privately-held company and current Cimnet management will assume the management of Capri and Cimnet’s directors would continue as the board of Capri.
