Capital Associates Inc, Colorado Springs, Colorado says that certain major corporations have expressed possible interest in forming a joint venture with the company, or in buying all or part of its equity: the company has hired Morgan Stanley & Co to advise it on potential strategic alliances and planning in an effort to enhance shareholder value as well as strengthen the firm’s position in its market.
