The London, UK-based vendor will provide life and pension sales and administration service over the next three years, though Prudential will have an option to renew the contract on a rolling basis.
Capita has provided administration services to Prudential since 2003, but this agreement is much broader and will involve the transition of 450 of Prudential’s staff to Capita later this year. The staff are based in Belfast, where Capita services parts of its contracts with the BBC and the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
