CAPITA GROUP WANTS TO BUY BT’S HOLDING IN THE CAPITA JOINT VENTURE

The Capita Group Plc has announced plans to buy British Telecommunications Plc’s 51% holding in the Capita joint venture set up by the two to market a variety of facilities management and computing services to local authorities: no details of the proposed offer for the UKP2m-a-year concern were given.
