Consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm Capgemini has released SWIFT HCM (Structured Way of Implementing Fusion-led Transformation for Human Capital Management), a new delivery methodology for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).
The new methodology provides an end to end application to help companies accelerate the adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM in Oracle Cloud and transform their HR, Talent Management and payroll processes.
Capgemini’s SWIFT HCM methodology offers rapid implementation, practise setup templates and business process flows to leverage the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Service. It also permits configuration by users removing the need to wait for IT to make routine customisations.
The new application is optimised for customers who are looking for partial or full Oracle Fusion HCM application modules.
