Capgemini UK signs new agreement with HM Government

Puts forward new proposals that would improve the efficiency of HMG

By CBR Staff Writer

Capgemini UK has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Cabinet Office which builds on its "outstanding track record of engagement and delivery to HMG".

The company said that under the new MoU, all existing contracts remain and continue to be delivered as planned. Capgemini has also presented a range of new business opportunities to enable the commitment of savings to HMG.

In addition, Capgemini has also put together a menu of new proposals, which would further improve the efficiency of HMG.

Capgemini CEO Paul Hermelin said that this signing continues their transformational journey with HM Government and enables them to bring the full capability of the Capgemini Group for the benefit of the UK Public Sector.

Capgemini’s UK country board chairman Pierre-Yves Cros said the company has responded to the request to help Government meet their short term challenge and they have also put forward crossgovernment offerings, which will help achieve an efficient joined-up government in future.
