CAP GEMINI UK WINS 8-YEAR COAL AUTHORITY DEAL

Cap Gemini UK Plc is to work on what it says will be the UK’s largest geographical information system at the Coal Authority, and has signed an eight-year, 11m pound contract. The system, due to go live in March 1998, is for a new mining reports and surface damage system to provide information for property buyers, and will be designed, built and operated by Cap Gemini.
