CAP GEMINI TAKES STAKE IN CAP GROUP TO 20.9%

Cap Gemini Sogeti SA was, as expected, back in the market on Friday for any more CAP Group Plc shares it could find and has taken its stake in the company to 20.9%: that would give it just under 10% of the new Semacap Plc, in which Paribas and affiliates will have some 40%.
