CAP-Gemini-Sogeti SA has been buying again in the US: this time its target was Syscom Systems Corp, a New Jersey software house specialising in applications for the banking and insurance industries; Syscom has 300 employees and annual turnover of $18m, and should take Cap-Gemini America to over 2,000 employees, and sales of $150m this year, making it one of the biggest pure software companies in the US.
