Cap Gemini Sogeti SA is paying some $33.4m to expand into Scandinavia with acquisition of systems house DataLogic AB of Stockholm, Sweden: Data Logic has operations in Norway, Denmark and the UK, but of course has no connection with Data Logic Ltd here, which is owned by Raytheon Co – and is intrigued to hear the Swede has any UK operations and wonders what name it uses.
