Cap Gemini SA and PeopleSoft Corp announced a partnership in which the two will jointly offer consulting and integration services around the PeopleSoft SIRH personnel management software product. Although the agreement is said to be global, the companies noted that it is mostly operational in France, the Netherlands and the US. Cap Gemini said it achieved about $10m in revenue in 1995 from marketing and installing the PeopleSoft SIRH product, a figure it aims to double this year. The two also announced that they will jointly develop a version of PeopleSoft SIRH for the French public administration sector, and the customized product should be available by the end of the year.
