Customer relationship management and sales force automation software house Janna Systems Inc has agreed to acquire two Canadian firms: LivePage Corp, a web content management and personalization firm, and Archer Enterprise Systems Inc, a developer of CRM data synchronization software. Toronto, Canada- based Janna says the two acquisitions will give it the capability to deliver customer-facing web sites with personalized content based on preferences and interests, stored in the Janna CRM database.
