US disk, disk drive cleaner and hard disk checkout device manufacturer Cambrian Consultants Inc of Calabasas, California has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan to manufacture and sell its range of hard disk products where hitherto it has relied on distributors, and it already has signed up more than 10 corporate customers in Japan: the main product is the SW-400 basic disk controller which is included in the IBM PS/2 systems.
