CallTower, a provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UcaaS), said that it has integrated voice service with Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard Suite (BPOS) offerings, which allows customers to choose CallTower to supply hosted VoIP services and receive a unified messaging offering that is fully integrated with their BPOS services.

According to CallTower, its full UCaaS offering includes Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office Communicator r2, SharePoint, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Blackberry Enterprise Server, advanced messaging integration, audio and web conferencing, and other enhanced features.

The company claims that UCaaS increases business productivity while reducing total costs and resource requirements. More businesses can now leverage on the financial flexibility and technology benefits of UCaaS to create a competitive advantage and accelerate profitability.
