Stonehouse, Gloucestershire-based Cristie Electronics Ltd is to launch a new call management package which enables calls to be costed according to local tariffs, making it suitable for cross-border costings: called Ringmaster Professional, it enbles up to 50 sites to be connected; other features include cost comparisons between the user’s existing carrier and alternatives, as well as a feature that enbles calls to be tracked as they are passed internally to the person that finally accepts the call; no word yet on price or availability.
