CALL CENTRE PRODUCTS FROM MITEL

Portskewett, Gwent-based Mitel Telecom Ltd has launched two computer-integrated call centre products, Mitel SuperVisor and Mitel Director: SuperVisor is claimed to provide a user-friendly automatic call distribution solution, enabling Call Centre Managers to control and manage high-volume incoming calls; it can be used with groups of between 15 and 350 agents, and the company says that it can be tailored for individual agents or groups; procedures can be set up on a Call Centre VDU; director is claimed to be a fully-integrated package for inbound and outbound call management for telemarketing and database marketing applications; no pricing or availability.
