CALIFORNIA PLANS ONLINE ACCESS IN EVERY CLASSROOM

The state of California says it wants to bring online access to every public high school class room within the next four years. The Digital High School is a $1bn initiative, with half of that money coming from sate funds. Oracle Corp will donate $10m, of the remaining $500m.
