California Microwave Inc, Sunnyvale, California is to acquire microwave radio builder Microwave Networks Inc for 3.35m new shares for an indicated value of $97m. Microwave Network did $37m sales in its fiscal year to June 30, and $29m in the half to December 31, with $60m in prospect this fiscal.
