Sunnyvale, California-based California Microwave Inc reports that it has now booked the $15.4m satellite network contract that was awarded in August 1991 to its subsidiary, Satellite Transmission Systems Inc, which is to supply a satellite communications domestic telephone network to be installed in a Middle Eastern country, to up operational in some 16 months.
