Californian private investors have acquired BellSouth Systems Technology’s California Centrex Service for an undisclosed sum and renamed the acquired unit Pacific TeleManagement Inc: key management members were involved in the buyout and the new company plans to retain the Walnut Creek offices of its predecessor; all key management and personnel have been retained and will continue to run the company.
