The California State University (CSU) is using Oracle’s PeopleSoft Applications to standardise its 23-campus system and the Chancellor’s Office.

Oracle’s PeopleSoft applications are designed to address business requirements and to enable organisations to increase productivity, accelerate business performance and lower total cost of ownership.

The University has consolidated its financial management processes and systems onto PeopleSoft Financial Management to improve efficiency and reduce costs system wide.

CSU has consolidated 22 campus instances of PeopleSoft Financials onto a single, system-wide instance to provide a unified view of financial operations.

CSU uses Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition for analytics and reporting.

PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) helps CSU in reinvesting in its faculty to reduce compensation gaps, to increase the number of tenure-track positions and to attract and retain top staff and faculty.

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions will enable the University to manage its student academic operations, including scheduling and registering for classes, calculating and collecting fees, awarding financial aid and assessing students’ academic progress.
