CALDERA WINS RIGHT TO KEEP MICROSOFT SUIT IN SALT LAKE

Caldera Inc, the company formed by Novell Inc founder and ex-president Ray Noorda, has won the right to keep its anti-trust lawsuit against Microsoft Corp under the jurisdiction of the US District Court of Utah in Salt Lake City. Microsoft had tried to get the suit (CI No 3,272) transferred over to Seattle.
