Garden City, New York-based Computer Associates International Inc has bought some of the assets of Access Technology Inc, Natick, Massachusetts, including rights to the 20/20 Unix and VAX/VMS spreadsheet, and shares in its European and Australian subsidiaries, from H&R Block Inc, Kansas City, Missouri, on undisclosed terms: Access was an operating division of the CompuServe Inc subsidiary of H&R Block and was the largest component of CompuServe’s Software Products Division.
