Cadre Technologies Inc, author of the TeamWork family of software engineering tools, says it is the first software house to support the European Manufacturers Association Portable Common Tool Environment standard: so far only the major vendors have supported the standard, which aims to fix the interfaces and data repository for computer-aided software engineering.
