CADRE CHOOSES VISIX, ADDS TOOLS AND LIBRARIES TO OBJECTTEAM C++

Cadre Technologies Inc of Providence, Rhode Island has grabbed a bag of third party technologies for its ObjectTeam C++ development system; the first three apply to the Rumbaugh methodology version of Cadre’s technology. The company says developers can now use ObjectTeam to develop Object Design Inc ObjectStore databases. Rogue Wave Software is working with Cadre to integrate its Tools. h++ C++ class libraries with ObjectTeam and Subtle Software’s C++ persistence generator is now available with add-on tools for ObjectTeam. Meanwhile, Cadre has used Visix Software Inc’s Galaxy development environment to develop the foundation of a new set of ObjectTeam tools for the Shlaer-Mellor methodology that work across different environments. Prices start at $4,000.
