Faced with the $8 a share tender offer from Daisy Systems Corp to gain control of the company (CI No 1,027), Cadnetix Corp reveals that it has already rebuffed two approaches for a friendly deal from Daisy, and its board will meet soon to consider the hostile offer, and to review other options open to it.
