Integrated Devices Technologies Inc says it has sold its San Jose-based fabrication facility to Cadence Design Systems Inc. The facility is the same one that IDC announced it would be closing last June as part of a restructuring plan which also included cutting 400 jobs. The transaction will be complete by April, the company says. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
