CACI WARNS OF Q4 SHORTFALL

By CBR Staff Writer

CACI International Inc, the Arlington, Virginia systems integrator, says it expects several factors, including anticipated losses on a fixed price contract, reduced profits from its UK-based subsidiary and investments made during the quarter on marketing its Year 2000 service, to have a negative impact of $0.12 per share for its fourth quarter. The company anticipates revenues of approximately $71 million, net income of $1.6 million and EPS of $0.14, well below expectations of $0.27.
