CACI International Inc, Arlington, Virginia has acquired government systems integrator and technical support provider IMS Technologies Inc for $6.5m cash, plus consulting fees of $1.5m over three years to four IMS founders. CACI looks for the acquisition to add at least $0.05 per share to earnings during the first full year of operations.
