CACI International Inc, the Arlington, Virginia-based systems integrator that works primarily for the US government, has acquired the business and most of the assets of Sunset Resources Inc, paying $5.3m. Sunset is a San Antonio, Texas engineering and computer services company doing about $12m a year.
