CACI BUYS UK DATABASE MARKETING FIRM ANADATA

By CBR Staff Writer

Arlington, Virginia systems integrator CACI International Inc has bought UK-based database marketing software company AnaData Ltd. CACI lifted all the shares of AnaData for $2.0m in cash. AnaData’s business will be merged into CACI’s marketing systems group which, CACI says, already has a significant database marketing business headquartered in London. Geoff Mander, formerly the managing director of AnaData, will take over the merged group, which will go by the imaginative name of CACI*AnaData. AnaData’s yearly revenues currently stand at about $2.8m. CACI recently reported first-quarter net income of $2.4m on revenue of $70.7m (CI No 3,273).
