Cable & Wireless Plc, which set up a joint venture in Bulgaria to build a mobile cellular telephone system, says it plans to reinvest its profits there, Reuter reports from Sofia: Cable & Wireless holds 49% of the venture, Bulgarian Telecommunications Co, 39%, local businesses 10% and private partners 2%.
