The Cable & Wireless PlcC Itohled International Digital Communications Inc consortium has filed with the Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications to offer international leased lines at a 20% discount to the tariffs charged by Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co, starting in May; initial service will be the the US, Hong Kong and Singapore; the move follows a similar filing from International Telecom Japan.
