Cable & Wireless Plc announced yesterday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dacom, South Korea’s licensed second telephone operator, establishing objectives for close co-operation in telephone service provision: specific collaborations are planned to result; until last year Dacom could offer provide data services.
