Cable & Wireless Plc’s Vienna, Virginia-based Cable & Wireless Communications Inc will pay $11m for the Network Services network systems integration unit of Wang Laboratories Inc’s Wang Information Services Corp, which has an electronic mail operation that is still for sale.
