Cabela’s selects Expesite to standardize project workflow

Cabela, a retailer of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear, has selected Expesite's web-based project management system for managing its new construction and remodeling programs across the US and Canada.

By CBR Staff Writer

The system is expected to help Cabela’s manage each location’s unique and complex schedules, milestones, teams and documents in a more cost-effective and streamlined way. It will also provide Cabela’s project teams with real-time visibility into each project – as well as insight across the entire project portfolio, said Expesite.

Jeff Ramsey, store design manager of Cabela’s, said: We chose Expesite for its proven track record in our industry and reputation for delivering high-quality, rapidly implemented solutions. We are convinced the system will take time and cost out of all phases of our projects. Ramsey expects the system will allow improved communication and collaboration between Cabela’s headquarters and field teams.

Jeff Sopp, CEO of Expesite, said: Partnering with a quality company like Cabela’s is extremely rewarding. Without question, they are one of the most recognized and respected brands in the industry. We are proud to have the opportunity to help them continue their success.
