Islandia, New York business software supplier Computer Associates International Inc and Information Technology Pioneer International, an affiliate of Taiwan’s Institute for Information Industry (III), are to launch a joint company to develop e-commerce software for the Asian market. The companies will establish the yet-to-be-named company with $4m, each taking a 50% share, with III president General Kuo as chairman.
