CA Technologies has announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock.
This represents a $1 dividend on an annualised basis and a yield of 3.17%. The dividend will be paid on March 17, to shareholders of record at close of business February 19th.
In other financial news, Vodafone, LinkedIn, Symantec and Yelp all released fourth quarter financial results, LinkedIn reported that quarterly revenue rose to $643.4 million from $447.2 million.
Vodafone reported a 0.9% growth in UK revenues to £1.5bn while Symantec revenue fell by 4% to $1.64bn falling below estimates of $1.67bn.
Yelp reported that net revenue was $109.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2014, this reflects a growth of 56% over the fourth quarter of 2013.
