C Itoh Techno-Science Ltd, distributor of the ill-fated Multiflow’s computers as well as Sun Microsystems workstations, has teamed up with Inotech Co to form a joint venture to distribute computer-aided engineering circuit board and chip design software from Cadence Design Systems Inc, San Jose, California.
