C-Cube Microsystems Inc, the Milpitas, California maker of Digital Video Disk (DVD) encoding and decoding equipment has entered into development agreement with DVD navigation specialists Quadrant International Corp to provide a comprehensive DVD system solution for the PC market. With the agreement, Quadrant’s PCI-based playback boards will be based on C-Cube’s Ziva family of decoders. No financial terms were disclosed.
